Your first appointment at The Smile Centre is called a ‘welcome appointment’. You are greeted and made welcome by a member of our care team who will accompany you throughout the duration of your visit. 

We begin your appointment with an informal talk in our comfortable lounge where we can exchange information easily. You can tell us what you would like to achieve in terms of your dental health and appearance and let us know of any anxieties you may have. We can explain what the dentist will be doing on your first visit and give you information about other treatments and services we offer.

Your care team member will then accompany you into your appointment and following, will discuss the various treatment options offered and arrange any necessary appointments. 

Our aim is to make a positive first impression with every new patient and forge the foundations of a solid and long-term relationship.
